Digital Domain Broadcasting Curated Livestream of 2016 Democratic National Convention in 360° Virtual Reality For The First Time in History

Digital Domain Named Official Provider of the 2016 Democratic National Convention

 

PLAYA VISTA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Digital Domain, one of the largest and most influential visual effects studios in the world, will broadcast a curated livestream of the US Democratic National Convention in virtual reality (VR) for the first time in history. A free video stream will be available, providing four unique 360° camera views of the national political event, streamed live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia July 25th-28th. Additionally, 360° highlight videos will be available for on-demand viewing throughout the convention.

This exclusive footage will be broadcast to the DNC mobile apps on the iOS App Store and Google Play as well as the official DNC website and YouTube channel.
